We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to own our brand’s voice and presence across the digital landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that increases brand awareness, drives high-quality traffic, and fosters a loyal community. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social trends but understands that every post must ultimately support the organization's broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement multi-channel social media strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook) aligned with brand identity and sales targets.
- Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the end-to-end production of engaging content, including high-quality visuals, short-form video (Reels/TikToks), and persuasive copy.
- Community Engagement: Actively manage and moderate community discussions, responding to comments and messages to build brand advocacy and loyalty.
- Paid Social Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns to maximize ROI, managing budgets effectively across different platforms.
- Influencer & Partner Collaboration: Identify and manage relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand reach and credibility.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion rates) and provide monthly reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve regarding platform algorithm changes, emerging technologies (AI tools), and viral cultural moments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a creative agency environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Management Tools: Mastery of scheduling platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer).
- Creative Tools: Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere/After Effects).
- Analytics: Strong understanding of platform-native insights and Google Analytics.
- Soft Skills:
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot strategy quickly based on performance data or shifting trends.
- Copywriting: A flair for storytelling and the ability to adapt "voice" for different platforms.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage a complex content calendar and tight deadlines.
