Job Overview
The Customer Support Executive (In-House) will be responsible for connecting with donors and supporters on behalf of NGO clients. This is a non-sales role with no targets, focused on relationship management, donor assistance, and engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a polite approach, and the ability to handle conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
● Handle outbound calls to donors for follow-ups and support
● Assist donors in completing failed donation processes
● Make thank-you calls to acknowledge donor contributions
● Conduct festive and special occasion greeting calls on behalf of NGOs
● Maintain accurate records of calls and update call status in systems
● Coordinate with internal teams for campaign updates and requirements
● Ensure all interactions are polite, professional, and donor-centric
● Build and maintain positive relationships with donors and supporters

Requirements
● Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
● Polite, confident, and clear speaking style
● Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets; CRM is a plus)
● Strong follow-up and record-keeping skills
● Patient, friendly, and respectful attitude
● Prior telecalling or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory
● Ability to work from office in a structured environment
