Position Overview
We are offering a 6-month Sales & Marketing Internship designed for highly motivated
students and recent graduates. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain
practical, hands-on experience in the commercial operations of the rapidly expanding
solar energy sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying
market opportunities, executing outreach strategies, and building a robust client
pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Lead Generation: Formulate and execute robust, creative strategies to
identify and capture prospective clients.
- Targeted Outreach: Conduct professional outbound calls (cold calling) to
generate interest and communicate the financial and environmental benefits of
switching to solar power.
- Data & Pipeline Management: Systematically track lead statuses, daily
outreach metrics, and client feedback using Microsoft Excel.
Market Communication: Translate technical solar concepts into clear,
compelling value propositions for residential and commercial prospects.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi to
effectively engage and build rapport with our diverse client base.
- Geographic Familiarity: While this is a remote position, candidates residing in
or possessing a strong understanding of the Navi Mumbai demographic are
highly preferred.
- Exceptional Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are
essential. The candidate must be articulate, persuasive, and professional over
the phone.
- Industry Aptitude: A proactive learner with the ability to quickly grasp and
explain basic solar energy and EPC concepts.
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable and highly organized in using Microsoft Excel
for daily reporting and data entry.
Compensation & Work Structure
- Base Stipend: ₹3,000 per month.
- Performance Incentives: Lucrative, performance-based incentive structure tied
to successful lead conversions.
- Work Model: 100% Work from Home.
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility: We offer flexible working hours to accommodate the academic
schedules and examinations of actively enrolled students.
