Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Cum Teller Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, make follow-up calls, process teller-related transactions, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with account-related queries and service requests.
- Process teller transactions accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote company products and services when appropriate.
- Meet daily call handling and service quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, teller, or call center is an advantage.
