Role description
Location: Any UST India Location
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Performance & Goal Management (PMGM)
- Succession Planning & Career Development Planning (CDP)
- End-to-end implementation experience (2+ projects)
- Configuration experience: goal plans, performance forms, calibration, succession models
- Strong knowledge of RBP, MDF objects, and Business Rules
- Hands-on experience in testing (SIT/UAT) and deployments
- Ability to gather requirements and translate into functional solutions
- Good stakeholder and client-handling skills
- Experience with Employee Central integration
- Exposure to Talent Intelligence Hub / Calibration
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (PMGM / Succession)
- Experience in global HR/talent management processes
