A civil site supervisor acts as the bridge between engineers, workers, and contractors. Their daily responsibilities include:
- Supervising construction activities on-site
- Ensuring work follows drawings and specifications
- Managing laborers and subcontractors
- Monitoring quality of materials and workmanship
- Maintaining site safety standards
- Reporting progress to engineers/project managers
- Checking measurements, layouts, and levels

- Read and understand construction drawings
- Plan daily work schedules
- Ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle on-site issues and coordinate solutions
- Maintain site records and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety rules
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts

Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering OR
- B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
