Hues & Hex is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist on a freelance or part-time basis to help us generate high-quality international leads for our creative and digital services.
We are specifically looking for someone who knows how to run paid campaigns targeting international clients and can turn ad spend into genuine business leads.
What you'll do
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Identify and target the right international audiences and markets
- Develop and test different audiences, creatives, offers, and campaigns
- Build and optimize campaigns focused on qualified leads, not just clicks or impressions
- Monitor CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall campaign performance
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and results
- Help us identify new international markets and opportunities
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in international lead generation
- Strong understanding of targeting audiences in markets such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, Middle East, etc.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads is a plus
- Ability to develop a clear strategy for reaching potential international clients
- Data-driven approach with a strong focus on ROI and lead quality
- Previous experience working with agencies, B2B services, SaaS, creative services, or similar businesses is a plus
Most importantly
We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to “boost posts” or run basic ads.
We want someone who understands international customer acquisition and can consistently generate relevant, high-quality leads.
