Currently, we are looking for an GRC Business Analyst to join our team.
- Seeking an experienced MetricStream GRC Business Analyst to support Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit initiatives
- The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design workflows, support implementations, and drive the successful adoption of MetricStream solutions
- Conduct requirements-gathering workshops with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Business stakeholders
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications
- Translate business requirements into MetricStream workflows, forms, assessments, and reporting requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with GRC best practices
- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Lead UAT planning, test execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off activities
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and user guides to support end-user adoption and change management
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with MetricStream implementations, enhancements, or support projects
