Role Overview
We are looking for an Enterprise Manager to acquire and manage high-value enterprise customers for Aroopa Apps. This role focuses on end-to-end enterprise sales, account expansion, and strategic relationship management.
You will act as a trusted advisor to large clients, aligning Aroopa Apps solutions with their business needs.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage enterprise accounts
- Handle full sales cycle (prospecting → closure)
- Build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Own enterprise revenue targets
- Collaborate with product and technical teams for solutions
- Manage customer success and escalations
- Maintain pipeline forecasting and reporting
Requirements
- 3–6 years in enterprise sales / key account management
- Strong B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot / Salesforce)
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers
