We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Electrician Team Lead who will be responsible for executing electrical work while leading and managing a team of electricians. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in panel building, wiring, soldering, and crimping, along with the ability to supervise and guide the team to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
Total Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years
- 2+ years as Team Lead (mandatory)
- 2+ years hands-on electrical experience (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians and technicians
- Perform hands-on electrical tasks including:
- Electrical panel assembly and wiring
- Soldering and crimping of components
- Cable routing and connections
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts
- Ensure all work is completed as per quality and safety standards
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance and productivity
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide quick solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and material inventory
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth project execution
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of work progress
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
