Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Executive to join our Sales team. This individual will play a critical role as the first point of contact for inbound prospects, helping to qualify leads and advance them through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first level of engagement for inbound leads generated through digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Conduct preliminary discussions with prospective customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine alignment with EnKash’s product offerings.
- Generate and assign Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the Sales team in a structured and timely manner.
- Clearly communicate EnKash’s value proposition and tailor messaging to suit the customer's business context.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Share timely feedback with the Marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to lead qualification and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales development, pre-sales, inside sales, or lead qualification roles, preferably within a B2B or fintech environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and persuasively with prospective clients.
- Customer Understanding: Strong listening and discovery skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment involving both Marketing and Sales.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
