- Supervise all bodyshop activities including denting, painting, accident repairs, and refinishing.
- Allocate work to technicians and monitor productivity.
- Ensure repairs are completed as per OEM standards and quality requirements.
- Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and ensure on-time vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with service advisors, spare parts department, and insurance surveyors.
- Prepare repair estimates and approve job cards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of paints, consumables, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and company policies.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate bodyshop staff.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, revenue, and cost control.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
