- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a senior leader, entrepreneur, or C-suite executive.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing dynamic schedules and priorities.
What you will do
EXECUTIVE SUPPORT:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Handle email correspondence, calls, and meeting requests with efficiency and discretion.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Track follow-ups, monitor project timelines, and ensure all deliverables and commitments are met.
BUSINESS COORDINATION:
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Support the creation of business decks, proposals, and meeting documentation.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare insights for strategic discussions and key initiatives.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism in all business matters.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE:
- Oversee personal appointments, errands, and logistics as required.
- Coordinate family and personal travel, events, and important occasions.
- Manage reimbursements, expenses, and financial tracking for both personal and professional requirements.
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY:
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimise the CEO's time management.
- Maintain task lists, reminders, and ensure timely execution of priorities.
- Assist in planning and coordination of company events and CEO-led initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Executive Assistant Profile with experience supporting senior leadership in an agency environment
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting a senior leader, entrepreneur, or C-suite executive, specifically within a PR, communications, or creative agency environment
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience handling email correspondence, calls, and meeting requests with efficiency and discretion.
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience preparing briefing notes, presentations, business decks, proposals, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience tracking follow-ups, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring deliverables and commitments are met.
- Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership, and conducting research / compiling data for strategic discussions.
- Mandatory (Skill): Must have strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills, and be adaptable managing dynamic schedules and priorities.
- Mandatory (Tools): Must be proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite
- Mandatory (Communication): Must have excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels
- Mandatory (Stability): Must demonstrate a stable career record with sustained tenures, without frequent job changes or short stints.
- Mandatory (Education): Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Mandatory (Note): Candidate must be open to travelling when required.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
