MT Engineering Services is looking for experienced and dedicated Solar Technicians to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of experience in solar PV installation.
- ITI/Electrician/Diploma candidates preferred.
- Good knowledge of DC & AC cable laying, termination, and solar system installation.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings is an advantage.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites.
Responsibilities
- Install solar PV modules and mounting structures.
- Lay, dress, and terminate DC and AC cables.
- Install and commission string inverters, ACDB, DCDB, and LT panels.
- Perform earthing and lightning arrester installation.
- Carry out testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor for timely project completion.
