- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes as per standard recipes and instructions.
- Perform mise en place, including washing, cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to the hotel's quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Store food items properly using FIFO principles and maintain correct labeling.
- Minimize food wastage and handle ingredients efficiently.
- Support senior chefs during buffet, à la carte, and banquet operations.
- Report any equipment malfunction or maintenance issues to the senior chef.
- Work as a team to ensure timely and efficient kitchen operations.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
