Full job description

Responsibilities:

Monitor/supervise the work of less experienced process engineers and assist with training.

Implement 5S and Kaizen

Suggest and implement measures to improve productivity and reduce rejection rates

Upgrade and maintain ERP systems

Make weekly presentations to higher level management regarding production data and weekly output

Directly interact with customers to understand their requirements and improve professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

- Engineering Diploma / Degree preferred - Minimum 8 to 10 years of manufacturing experience

Understand the concept of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and TQM and TPM
Experience in Inventory Control and ERP system
Strong in computer literacy
Hardworking, dynamic and enjoy challenges
