Job Title: Operations Manager – Technical

Job Purpose
The Operations Manager – Technical is responsible for end-to-end management of technical operations across assigned sites, ensuring uninterrupted services, Manpower recruitment, statutory compliance, SLA adherence, cost control, and client satisfaction. The role involves leadership of engineering teams, coordination with clients and vendors, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Technical Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day technical operations including HVAC, Electrical & DG .
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical equipment and utilities across all assigned sites.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and monitor breakdown management.
2. SLA, KPI & Contract Compliance
- Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs, KPIs, and scope of services.
- Track performance metrics and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
- Prepare and present monthly operational and performance reports to clients and management.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary technical interface with clients for operational matters.
- Attend review meetings, audits, and inspections.
- Address escalations, complaints, and service gaps promptly and effectively.
4. Team Leadership & Manpower Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage Facility Managers, Technical Managers, Supervisors, and technicians.
- Ensure adequate staffing, skill development, and training of technical teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend corrective actions or recognition.
5. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Ensure preparation and execution of PM plans, shutdown schedules, and annual maintenance plans.
- Reduce reactive breakdowns through structured preventive maintenance.
- Ensure timely root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent corrective measures.
6. Safety, Statutory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and OEM guidelines.
- Drive implementation of EHS practices, including PPE compliance and permit-to-work systems.
- Support ISO audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and statutory inspections.
7. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and control technical OPEX budget

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
