Indus Motors is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accessories Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining automotive accessories on customer and dealership vehicles while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install automotive accessories, including infotainment systems, reverse cameras, parking sensors, GPS trackers, alloy wheels, fog lamps, seat covers, security systems, dash cameras, floor mats, and other approved accessories.
- Perform electrical wiring and connections required for accessory installations while ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.
- Inspect vehicles before and after installation to verify proper functionality and quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to installed accessories.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures during all installation activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Vehicle Delivery teams to ensure vehicles are prepared on time.
- Conduct quality inspections and road tests, where required, to ensure proper accessory performance.
- Maintain accurate records of installed accessories and report any defects or material shortages.
- Comply with all company policies, workplace safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Certification in automotive electrical systems will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in automotive accessory installation is preferred.
- Valid LMV Driving License is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
