Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines, consumables, surgical items, implants, stationery, housekeeping items, engineering materials, and other hospital supplies.
- Issue materials to various departments based on approved requisitions through the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS).
- Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/HIMS and ensure timely updating of all inventory transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare indents for replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Follow FEFO (First Expiry First Out) and FIFO (First In First Out) principles wherever applicable.
- Monitor expiry dates of medical consumables and coordinate with concerned departments for timely utilization or replacement.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department regarding pending deliveries, shortages, damaged materials, and returns.
- Ensure proper documentation for Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock transfers, issue slips, and return notes.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive and critical items as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
- Maintain inventory of fixed assets and assist in asset tagging, asset movement tracking, and periodic asset verification.
- Generate inventory reports, consumption reports, slow-moving, non-moving, and expiry reports for management review.
- Assist during NABH, DHS, internal, statutory, and quality audits by providing inventory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with user departments for emergency material requirements.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control practices, and safety guidelines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Pay: ₹12,095.47 - ₹41,745.98 per month
