We are seeking a talented Freelance Video Editor to help transform raw footage into compelling videos that drive engagement and sales.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, captions, sound effects, and music.
- Color correct and enhance video quality.
- Optimize videos for different aspect ratios and platform requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to meet campaign objectives and deadlines.
- Maintain consistent brand style and visual identity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Experience creating social media content and paid advertising creatives.
- Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience editing e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle content.
- Knowledge of current social media trends.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools and captioning software.
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
