Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with 5–10 years of proven experience in the modular kitchen, modular furniture, and interior solutions industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, generating business opportunities, and coordinating with design and project execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle walk-in customers, lead inquiries, and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand project requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and channel partners.
- Prepare and present customized modular kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with the design team for concept development, layouts, quotations, and project proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, sales pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project execution and production teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and business development activities.
Pay: ₹14,208.67 - ₹38,208.67 per month
