Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced PHP/WordPress Developer with 1+ years of experience who can design, develop, and maintain PHP/WordPress websites. The candidate should have strong knowledge of core PHP, theme customization, plugin development, and backend functionality along with the ability to optimize website performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PHP/WordPress websites based on project requirements.
- Perform theme customization and plugin customization/development.
- Handle backend customization and functionality development.
- Create and manage custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Optimize website performance, page speed, and loading time.
- Ensure website responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement SEO best practices and page speed optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
- Work closely with designers, SEO teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.
- Maintain website security, updates, and backups.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with core PHP, WordPress CMS
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
- Experience with theme customization and plugin customization/development
- Experience with WordPress backend customization
- Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
- Understanding of website performance optimization and SEO basics
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
