Job Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, high-performing Center Manager to take complete charge of our center's operations, business growth, and customer experience.
In this role, you will be the "front face" of our office. You will balance empathy with strategic sales, ensuring that every walk-in or phone call is converted into a successful enrollment. Beyond counseling, you will own the business commitments of the center, ensuring smooth operational workflows, timely collections, and absolute customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
1. Career Counseling & Sales Conversion
- Act as the principal face of the center, welcoming prospective students, job seekers, and college graduates.
- Understand students' career goals and confidently recommend the ideal MCADD, AEC, or IT course pathway.
- Convert casual interest into concrete enrollment commitments with ease and confidence.
- Drive active follow-ups with potential leads, turning inquiries into successful admissions.
2. Center Management & Business Ownership
- Take full accountability for meeting monthly business revenue and enrollment goals.
- Oversee daily front-office workflows, office activity planning, and staff coordination.
- Manage the student fee installation system, leading timely payment follow-ups and collection updates.
- Collaborate with the management and technical trainers to plan seamless batch schedules using our master grid system.
3. Customer Satisfaction & Retention
- Ensure a 100% positive experience for every student from enrollment to certification.
- Proactively address student queries, manage schedule adjustments, and maintain steady, calm operations under pressure.
- Build a thriving, trusting community of future engineering and IT experts within our campus.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Educational Counseling, Front-Office Management, Center Operations, or Concept Sales (Experience in training institutes or CAD/IT education centers is a huge plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and the local language. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust instantly.
- Mindset: A consultant mindset (not a clerk). You should be highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling business targets and scheduling matrices smoothly.
- Technical Comfort: Basic hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for managing student logs and schedules.

- Salary: All-inclusive Consolidated Fixed Monthly Salary (commensurate with experience) + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives.
