Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various open positions while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
