Internship Overview:
Inmogic Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure to core human resource functions. The intern will work closely with the HR team and support daily HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain employee data, records, and HR documentation
- Assist in attendance tracking and HR MIS updates
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements
- Assist in HR policies, compliance, and administrative tasks
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation in HR, Management, or related field
- Prior internship or coursework in HR will be an added advantage
