Role & Responsibility
- Supervise and manage daily site activities related to RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers for smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at all stages of construction.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.
- Track project progress and report daily/weekly updates to senior management.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
