Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates on OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, GC, and USC visa categories
- Build and maintain a strong consultant pipeline for internal bench hiring
- Handle internal hiring requirements across multiple US IT technologies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and profile evaluation discussions
- Coordinate interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding activities
- Maintain ATS records, candidate trackers, and recruitment reports
- Collaborate closely with Bench Sales and Marketing teams to support consultant deployment
- Develop a strong understanding of visa classifications, tax terms, and US staffing processes
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and negotiation capabilities
- Basic understanding of US Staffing and Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other recruitment/job portals preferred

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
