Position: Sales Executive
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.

Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of KRISSVENT’s product line, including the technical specifications and unique selling points of our industrial fans and ventilation solutions.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.

Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC, ventilation, or related industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits.

Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
