What You'll Bring:

Required
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or a similar analytical environment.

Experience supporting strategic initiatives such as market analysis, growth strategy, portfolio reviews, business performance analysis, or investment evaluation.

Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience preparing executive-level materials and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, M365 tools

Excellent communication, research, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.

MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, CIMA, or similar.

Experience in corporate development, M&A, private equity, or transaction advisory environments.

Exposure to global organizations and matrixed operating environments.

Experience leveraging AI, analytics, and data platforms to support strategic decision-making and enable productivity
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis to identify strategic opportunities and risks.

Analyse financial, commercial, and operational performance data to support business growth and investment decisions.

Develop business cases, strategic assessments, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Support capital allocation reviews, portfolio analysis, and long-term planning initiatives.

Perform organisational diagnostics and performance assessments to identify improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Development, Commercial, Industry, Service, and Regional teams on strategic projects.

Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive briefings that simplify complex analyses into actionable insights.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies that may impact business strategy.
