We are looking for a responsible Hostel Warden to manage a hostel accommodating 20–30 employees.
Responsibilities
- Supervise hostel residents and daily operations.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, activities, and conduct.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hostel rules.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security.
- Coordinate food, housekeeping, maintenance, and other facilities.
- Maintain hostel records and report violations/incidents to management.
- Address employee concerns and coordinate with HR/Admin.
Requirements
- Experience in hostel/facility supervision preferred.
- Good communication and discipline management skills.
- Responsible and capable of managing hostel operations independently.
- Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Age: Up to 55 years.
Food & Accommodation provided by the company.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
