BK Media is looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage daily front office operations and ensure smooth coordination of visitor handling and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, presentable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and interview candidates professionally
- Maintain visitor records including entry and exit logs (non-staff personnel)
- Coordinate with internal staff to confirm availability before allowing visitor access
- Maintain and update records for: Attendance, Courier in/out, Porter/logistics movement, Item in/out tracking
- Ensure proper visitor flow by guiding guests to wait areas or meeting rooms
- Maintain basic documentation and records using MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and data records
- Monitor reception area and ensure it remains clean and presentable
- Support internal administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality and professional behavior
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records accurately
- Freshers can apply

- Basic administrative or front desk experience
