Mangala Infin Limited (Jaipur-headquartered NBFC, founded in 1996, with 15 branches across Rajasthan) is hiring an Operations Executive to support our day-to-day NBFC operations.
We’re looking for someone who is disciplined, detail-oriented, and strong in coordination, documentation, reporting, and branch-level follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Loan file processing and documentation
KYC and customer document verification
Coordination with branch, credit, accounts, and collection teams
Disbursement and repayment-related operational support
Daily MIS reporting, data entry, and follow-ups
Branch/HO operational coordination
Maintaining proper records, documentation, and compliance discipline
Supporting smooth backend operations across branches
Key Skills / Tools:
MS Excel, Google Sheets, MIS Reporting, Documentation, KYC Verification, Branch Coordination, Loan Operations, Disbursement Support, NBFC Software
(Experience in NBFC/BFSI/Finance operations is preferred)
