- Assess client needs through in-home visits and detailed consultations.
- Develop and update individualized care plans that address medical, emotional, and daily living needs.
- Schedule and coordinate caregivers, ensuring the right match for each client’s personality and requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with families, providing updates and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Monitor service quality through check-ins, feedback collection, and on-site supervision.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community resources to provide holistic support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
