Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Spa Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional spa treatments while ensuring a relaxing, hygienic, and welcoming experience for every guest. You will recommend suitable treatments, maintain treatment rooms, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional spa treatments, including body massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness therapies.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and linens are clean, sanitized, and prepared before and after each service.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and follow health and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a relaxing experience for every guest.
- Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and client inquiries when needed.
- Stay up to date with spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, wellness center, or hotel spa is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare, and spa treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
