We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Admission Department. The ideal candidate will assist students and clients with college/university admissions, documentation, and visa application support for Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student admission applications for Canada
- Manage offer letters, fee payments, and documentation process
- Coordinate with colleges/universities for conditional/unconditional offers
- Guide students about course selection & eligibility requirements
- Maintain accurate records of applications and client communication
- Assist in preparing files for study visa & spouse visa cases
- Provide timely updates to clients and the counseling team
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate (any stream), preference for Commerce/Management/English background
- Prior experience in admission/immigration industry preferred
- Strong communication skills (English + Punjabi/Hindi)
- Knowledge of college/university portals & admission process
- Good computer skills (MS Office, emails, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
