About the Role
Shree Jagannath Dry Fruits and Spices Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join its finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on accounting experience and must be proficient in Tally.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
* Record purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries in Tally.
* Prepare and reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
* Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
* Generate invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
* Support monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
* Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records.
* Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required.
Required Skills
* Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
* Tally knowledge is mandatory.
* Good understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Good communication and organizational abilities.
Qualifications
* B.Com, M.Com, or any graduate with relevant accounting knowledge.
* Candidates with practical experience in Tally and financial record management will be preferred.

* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong time management skills and accuracy in handling financial data.
* Must be based in Mumbai or willing to work from the Mumbai office.
