Role Overview
The Salon Marketing Operations Executive will ensure that Brillare's salon marketing plans are executed accurately and on time in the market. This is a field-intensive coordination role involving sales teams, trainers, salons, distributors, vendors, events, branding material, dispatches, installations, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organised, responsive, comfortable with frequent local and outstation travel, and able to close execution gaps without repeated follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of salon marketing activities, launches, workshops, education events, exhibitions, demonstrations, and in-salon activations.
- Work with sales teams, trainers, distributors, salon partners, vendors, and internal teams to confirm requirements, dates, quantities, venues, and responsibilities.
- Manage production, inventory, packing, dispatch, delivery, installation, and recovery of marketing materials, kits, testers, collaterals, and event assets.
- Conduct or coordinate field visits to verify branding quality, display compliance, event readiness, product availability, and execution against plan.
- Maintain trackers for salons, events, dispatches, material stock, installations, budgets, invoices, vendor status, and proof of execution.
- Collect photographs, videos, attendance, leads, feedback, billing outcomes, and other post-activity documentation.
- Resolve last-mile issues quickly and escalate delays, shortages, quality concerns, or coordination risks early.
- Support vendor empanelment, quotations, negotiations, purchase coordination, invoice documentation, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure all salon-facing materials and activities follow approved brand, product, and communication guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, events, trade marketing, salon operations, retail activation, or sales coordination.
- Strong follow-up, planning, documentation, and on-ground problem-solving ability.
- Comfort with frequent local and outstation travel, early/late event schedules, and physically handling marketing kits or display materials when required.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp coordination, presentations, and basic reporting.
- Clear communication in English and Hindi; Gujarati or other regional-language fluency is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence and ability to independently manage field movement is preferred.
Good to Have
- Experience working with salons, beauty professionals, distributors, trade shows, retail networks, or multi-city activations.
- Understanding of printing, fabrication, display installation, event production, or logistics vendors.
- Ability to create simple execution reports and identify operational improvements.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
