Key Responsibilities
- Design static creatives for:
- Performance ads (Meta, Google Display).
- Social media posts, carousels, infographics.
- Website/app banners, category imagery, and UI visuals.
- Emailers and CRM campaigns.
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent, recognizable visual systems.
- Work closely with creative strategist and copywriter to bring campaign concepts to life.
- Adapt and resize creatives for various formats and placements.
- Collaborate with performance team to test and iterate creative variations.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and version control for efficient reuse and experimentation.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in graphic design for digital-first consumer brands/agencies.
- Strong portfolio with examples of ad creatives, social posts, and UI banners.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar.
- Understanding of performance design principles (visual hierarchy, clarity, legible CTAs).
- Eye for clean, appetizing visual style suited to food/gourmet brands.
Candidates must be from FMCG, Beverage, Agriculture and Wellness industry.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
