Job Summary:
The Meet & Greet Staff is responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with airport, railway station, hotel, and attraction transfers, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with drivers, guides, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:Guest Assistance
· Welcome guests warmly at designated arrival points such as airports, railway stations, hotels, or tourist attractions.
· Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation coordination.
· Escort guests to their assigned vehicles, guides, or accommodation as required.
· Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, schedules, and local attractions.
Coordination & Operations
· Coordinate with drivers, tour coordinators, guides, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest movement.
· Monitor arrival and departure schedules and report any delays or changes.
· Ensure all guest services are delivered as per company standards and itinerary requirements.
· Maintain communication with the operations team regarding guest status and service updates.
Customer Service
· Address guest queries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
· Ensure a positive first impression and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
· Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
· Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, travel operations, guest relations, or customer service is an advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good command of English and local languages.
· Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
