The Parts Manager is responsible for managing the complete spare parts operations, including inventory planning, procurement, stock control, warehouse management, customer support, and parts sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Parts Department.
- Ensure optimum stock levels through effective inventory planning and forecasting.
- Monitor parts procurement, ordering, and replenishment from OEM/vendors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
- Reduce slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with the Service team to ensure timely parts availability for machine repairs.
- Handle parts sales, quotations, invoicing, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor warehouse operations and ensure proper storage and preservation of spare parts.
- Process warranty and parts-related claims as per company guidelines.
- Track department KPIs such as inventory turnover, fill rate, stock accuracy, and parts sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
- Lead, train, and motivate the Parts team to achieve departmental targets.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in the construction equipment, heavy machinery, automobile, or dealership industry.
- Experience with ERP/DMS systems and inventory management software.Required Skills
