We're looking for an Institutional Outreach Coordinator who can connect with schools and colleges,
coordinate workshops and training programs, and make sure every event runs smoothly from start to
finish.
What You'll Be Doing
Connect and collaborate with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
Plan and schedule workshops, seminars, training sessions, and learning programs.
Build strong professional relationships with institution representatives.
Handle calls, follow-ups, confirmations, and communication like a pro.
Coordinate between trainers and institutions to ensure seamless execution.
Manage schedules, calendars, and event logistics.
Solve last-minute coordination challenges and keep things moving.
Ensure quick responses and a great experience for all stakeholders.
You're a Great Fit If You...
Can confidently handle calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Are organized enough to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
Enjoy planning, coordinating, and making things happen.
Have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
