Position: Store Manager Company: Sugartown Candy Factory Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Lead, train, and supervise the store team. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues. Achieve sales targets and maximize store performance. Manage inventory, billing, cash, and daily reports. Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and food safety standards. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines. Qualifications: Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory, and cash handling.
Pay: ₹12,072.47 - ₹25,000.00 per month
