Core Responsibilities
- Bill Preparation: Generate Running Account (RA) bills, interim invoices, and final bills based on site measurements and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Site Measurement & Verification: Conduct physical site inspections, record data in measurement books (MB), and cross-check contractor claims against actual work done.
- Cost Control & Reconciliation: Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for building materials to evaluate actual expenditures against estimated budgets.
- Rate Analysis: Analyze item rates for non-BOQ items based on labor, material costs, and overheads.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and clients to certify bills and coordinate with finance departments to ensure timely payment processing.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
