Design Tek Kitchen Solutions (DTKS) is a fast-growing company specializing in turnkey commercial kitchen projects for Government Departments, Hospitals, Hotels, Institutional Kitchens, Industrial Kitchens, and Hospitality Projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, PR, Accounts, Tender, Procurement, Project Engineering, Service Engineers, and Technicians.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
- Conduct screening interviews, coordinate technical interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate employee induction, probation, confirmations, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Administration
- Support office administration and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and vendor-related HR requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Organizational Development
- Build a strong recruitment pipeline to support business growth.
- Develop training and employee development initiatives.
- Promote a positive, performance-driven work culture.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of HR experience with strong Talent Acquisition expertise.
- Experience hiring for engineering, EPC, manufacturing, hospitality, or project-based organizations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, labour laws, MS Office, and HRIS systems.

Pay: ₹300,636.57 - ₹1,492,558.86 per year
