Job Description – Senior Telecalling Executive (Payment Collections)
Location: Chennai

NP : Immediate to 15Days
Job Responsibilities
- Call customers and follow up on pending payments.
- Collect outstanding payments within the given timeline.
- Handle customer queries related to payments.
- Lead and support a small telecalling team.
- Monitor team performance and help achieve collection targets.
- Maintain daily collection reports and update records.
- Handle customer escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling and payment collections.
- Experience in handling or leading a team.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to achieve collection targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
