About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll & Accounts Executive to manage payroll processing, accounting operations, GST filings, vendor payments, and invoicing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software like Zoho and Tally and should be comfortable handling day-to-day financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and maintain employee salary records
- Handle attendance, reimbursements, deductions, and payroll-related documentation
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within deadlines
- Manage vendor payments and maintain payment records
- Generate invoices and ensure timely follow-ups for payments
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho and Tally
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and approvals
- Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, and statutory compliances
- Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Payroll and Accounts
- Hands-on experience in GST filing
- Working knowledge of Zoho and Tally
- Experience in vendor payment handling and invoicing
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

- Candidate based in or willing to work from Gurugram
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary
- Salary: ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
