About the Job
We are looking for a hardworking Regional Sales Manager for our Kalyan area. In this role, your main goal will be to increase student admissions and handle the sales team. You will help more students know about our computer courses and guide them to join our institute.
Your Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, support, and motivate our team of career counselors and marketing staff to help them achieve their daily targets.
- Increase Admissions: Plan simple marketing activities, visits, and seminars to get more students to visit our centers.
- Track Growth: Keep an eye on daily admission numbers, student inquiries, and fee collections.
- Local Tie-ups: Build good relationships with local schools, colleges, and coaching centers in Kalyan.
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 10 years of experience in sales or educational counseling.
- A Good Leader: Ability to manage a team nicely, keep everyone motivated, and talk politely with parents and students.
- Good communication and talking skills.
