Double A Lifestyle is looking for a dynamic, well-presented, and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests and visitors. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact and will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage guest appointments, reservations, and schedules efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about services and facilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Address guest concerns or complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain records of guest visits and feedback
- Ensure the reception and guest areas are well maintained and presentable
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or customer service
- Ability to multitask and handle guests professionally
- Basic computer knowledge and organizational skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
