Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
* Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins
* Follow up with prospective students
* Explain course details, certifications and career opportunities
* Maintain strong student relationships
* Coordinate with academic and admissions teams
* Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets
Preferred Profile:
* 3+ years of experience in academic counselling / education / admissions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong counselling and convincing abilities
* Good follow-up and relationship-management skills
