GREC INFRA is a premium real estate advisory firm based in Gurugram. We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and organised individual to manage our front office and ensure a professional experience for every client who visits our office.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors.
- Answer and manage phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate site visits.
- Maintain client records and office documents.
- Support day-to-day office administration.
- Ensure the office is always presentable.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Well-groomed with a professional personality.
- Good organisational and computer skills (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates residing in or around Gurugram will be preferred.
Experience
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 0–3 years of experience in Front Office, Executive Assistant, Hospitality, Customer Service, Administration, or similar roles is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
